Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We want to buy houses. We do not want to list your house. We want to give you cash so you can start fresh and put your house problems behind you. We buy houses directly from homeowners without charging commissions or fees.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Of course I pay fair prices. If I did not offer people a fair price, I would not be able to buy any houses. Of course, I cannot pay retail prices for houses otherwise I would not be able to make a living. That just would not be smart. I give people fair reasonable offers that will work for them. I don’t want to waste my time or yours by giving you an offer that is unreasonable.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our process is very straightforward. We have to look at the property location, the number of repairs that are needed, the present condition of the house, and the value of comparable houses that have been recently sold in the area.
We have to look at all those things in order to give you a fair offer. Our desire is to come up with a fair price that works for you and works for us too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. we do not charge you any fees or commissions when we buy your house. We’ll make you a fair offer. Then if you accept it, we’ll probably pay for the closing costs too. We usually do. We try to make your house selling experience as smooth as possible. That includes reducing the typical costs. We like creating offers that are no hassle and no fees and no more waiting. That’s why we take on more risk and take on any repair projects that have to be done. We want to give you an offer that makes it easy for you to get out of your stress. Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents want to list your property then wait for someone to come along and make an offer. If you don’t mind waiting months to sell your property, then we can recommend an agent for you. We have agents on our team too.
But we are different than traditional real estate agents because we are actual house buyers. We are professionals with funds ready and available to purchase more properties.

Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: You will be under NO obligation when you submit information. When you tell us about your property, we will start working on creating an offer that will solve your real estate problems. After we give you our offer, then it’s your decision if you want to accept it. We will not bother you or hassle you. But we will answer any questions that you have. We want you to feel comfortable with your decision. And we’ll do whatever we can to serve you.
